When will I get my item(s)?

Please allow 5- 7 Business days for standard or flat rate shipping in the U.S.

Remember Next day shipping is not guaranteed, but we will make our best efforts to have all confirmed purchases shipped on the same day (unless otherwise stated) they are placed, if the order is received before 1pm EST.

We do NOT ship on Saturdays. ANY Items Purchased After 1pm EST on Friday Will Ship Out On The Next Business Day.

Overnight service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Express service is not available for Saturday delivery. Cutoff time for all express service is 1PM EST – if you purchase before 12:00pm EST, we will make every attempt to process your order on the same business day, and you should receive your item(s) within 3-5 days after placing your order.

If your item(s) is NOT a pre-order item, and you have not received it within 10 days of the time designated please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track your order.

WE SHIP ALL ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS CONFIRMED BY PAYPAL.  WE SHIP TO SECONDARY ADDRESSES ONLY AFTER FURTHER VERIFICATION HAS BEEN DONE.

Any item that is shipped and returned will be held for 30 days. All Unclaimed Deliveries Will Be Added Back To Our Inventory After 30 Days.

Is it safe to order from the site?

Once you enter our checkout page, you are on a secure server, using what is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and is stored in a safe environment. Sometimes you may get a message that some pages on The Thiq Boutique are not secure, this is a security alert message which results from browsing to a secure page from a non-secure page. The Thiq Boutique only secures the pages that contain your personal information including all credit card information. This helps us keep the site quick and efficient.

Can I get a refund?

The Thiq Boutique has a NO REFUND Policy. We do however grant exchanges or store credit if applicable. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL

You May Cancel a Pending order within 3 hours after your purchase.

It Doesn’t Fit!! How Can I Exchange?

We ship our customers the size requested, and give detailed descriptions on size fits under each product, however sometimes; something just doesn’t fit how a customer wants. We will exchange these items for a bigger or smaller size (when available). Remember Fashion Items turn over rapidly; therefore The Thiq Boutique cannot “hold” an item or a size for a customer for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below to guarantee your item and size will be available: (all exchanges and returns are honored within 7 days of receipt of purchase) If the item you are trying to exchange is no longer available on our site, we cannot grant an exchange or a refund.  WE DO NOT GRANT EXCHANGES FOR INACURATE COLOR SELECTION, OR BECAUSE YOU DO NOT “LIKE” THE ITEM. We post several pictures of our items to help customers in selecting items, however we cannot make exchanges simply because buyer remorse.

  1. Find the item and size you wish to exchange for.
  2. Purchase the item like it was a brand new order, checkout and PAY for it immediately.
  3. You will receive a new confirmation for the new purchase.
  4. Once your returned item is received (along with the original packaging, new and unused or unworn) we will issue you a refund for the item that is being exchanged. (FYI it is much cheaper to send your items back in the same packaging that we ship it to, please save your box incase an item has to be returned to us)
  5. Once we have the item you wish to exchange in our possession, A refund will be issued excluding shipping fees for the initial order. (Shipping fees for the NEW order will also not be refunded)

Refunds for exchanged items are processed within 5-7 Days of receipt of package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Remember you can only exchange clothing for clothing. No cross exchanges can be made, unless otherwise instructed. No other reason for an exchange is valid. Damage to the outer box or any packaging that may prohibit the exchanged or returned items to be resold will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

Did your item(s) arrive damaged?

For any defective item(s), please send clear photo(s) of the item and the invoice copy to us at ThiqInc@gmail.com once we receive the photos we will begin to process a damage claim and we will, at this time determine if you need to send the damaged item(s) back. A refund will be made within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of package. All damages must be reported with 2 days of the receipt of your package

Pre-Order Items

Any item with an extended delivery date is considered a pre-order item. We order this item specifically for you. The date for expected delivery for a pre-order item is subject to change without notice. If you are unsure if your item is a pre-order item and need a more specific estimate for expected delivery time please contact us via phone

I Ordered A Pre-Order Item… But When Will My Other Items Arrive?

Any item ordered WITH a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is available. If you would like to have your order separated please purchase the items separately, or contact The Thiq Boutique to make separate shipping arrangements.
